Gérard SUSSMANN

Elected judge at the Paris Commercial Court in October 2017

Formerly Corporate Vice President for Strategy at Engie, the energy company, Gerard Sussmann has occupied various executive positions. He has an extensive experience in dealing with international development, and managing M&A transactions in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia in the fields of energy and environment. He lived for 5 years in the US.

He holds an MBA from UCLA, a Master Degree in Business Law from University Paris X and he is a graduate from Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Paris).

He was elected a judge at the Paris Commercial Court in October 2017.

Gérard Sussmann, a French national, is fluent in English.
